Senior Functional Consultant

- Analyze business requirements & processes, creating solutions tailored to the needs of customers;
- Prepare system documentation;
- Interact with other IT Development and Operations departments;
- Concept preparation in the area of public health insurance processes for the planned CRs;
- Preparation of technical documentation for the CRs;
- Preparation of customer documentation for software releases (OGS);
- Coordination of requirements with involved parties (customer, product manager, other software projects);
- Software Maintenance Support – Monitoring, evaluation and analysis of reported errors;
- Basic function test, CR tests;
- System check and system test after release upgrade – manual, customizing check, test execution and coordination;
- Ensure on-time delivery.
- Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Business, or Math, Statistics, Information Systems;
- 5+ years of industry and/or consulting financial industries experiences (Banking / Insurance / Corporates);
- Practical experience in team lead, project manager, employee;
- Public health insurance process know how in the German social security systems;
- Good to have SAP insurance module (FS-CD, FS-CM, FS-PM);
- Able to understand problems solution oriented;
- English language skills – B2.
